Our mission

Join VEFI to live your sustainable dream! Our free/very low-cost projects unite like-minded individuals to promote eco-friendly, sustainable living. Experience a week or month abroad, connecting across borders and languages while volunteering for local businesses with a diverse group of European youths. Discover conscious living and explore unseen corners of Europe while making a tangible impact. At VEFI, we believe in confronting climate change head-on and empowering individuals to be part of the solution. Step onto a train towards a greener future—it's not magic, it's VEFI!

What we do

Vefi organizes many different projects and activities during the year and comes up with new ideas all the time, so by joining as a member you get concrete benefits. For 2024 VEFI has planned at least  the following activities:

  • International environment projects 
  • environmental  quiz evenings in Turku, Finland
  • online board game evening sessions
  • coffee bazars in Turku, Finland
  • courses covering different topics (language courses, programming courses, creative writing, ...)
  • bird watching morning in Kokkola
